"Simplicity of the dish" is something that Lido strongly believes in. Chef Max Olivari uses sauces and spices to enhance the dish, not surpress it. This means less cream and butter sauces (Carb-conscious diners are in luck!) Lido is part of the Little Venice Group Restaurants in Bermuda.
