Denver, the capital of Colorado, also known as the Mile High City, is fast becoming the center of attraction for visitors to the state.

Award winning Chef Jennifer Jasinski, co-owner and Executive Chef of Rioja and Bistro Vendome started her culinary career at a young age. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and working her way up the ladder at several LA restaurants, a chance meeting with Wolfgang Puck changed her culinary career path, leading to a 10 year ‘cooking’ and working relationship with the famous Chef.

Since then Jasinski has made her mark, opening both restaurants in the LoDo district of downtown Denver and winning numerous award both for her restaurants and as a chef.
